my crossbite is brutal my maxilla is tilted and forces my jaw to shift to the left and tilt a bit. ive forced my jaw to mimic a normal bite for years now but i cannot do this if i get braces and the treatment will take at 1-2 years, so i am basically fucked for those years. this wouldnt be a problem if i was a kid or at least in highschool but im 19 now. having a crooked jaw from 19 - 21 will be brutal man fuck i hate my mmom this bitch downplayed how bad my teeth is and never cared fuckkkkk

I have a slightly slanted jaw too. Most people don't notice, and do the braces now if you can. You'll regret not doing it now in 2 years.

Yep, I also hve a slightly slanted one cause of a cross bite. It’s barely noticeable, especially in motion

my jaw is slightly slanted jfl that shit goes to the left and tilts, literally makes me look like i have sfs with crooked jaw. or maybe im exaggerating it idk, people did make fun of my teeth but not my asymmetry irl

Absolute pain in the ass to use though, I started with Invisalign, annoying af cause u gotta remove them every time u eat, drink coffee etc. And they take forever to put back in ur mouth

Same here, my mum would never allow me to get orthodontic treatment because she just thought it was out of vanity and not a valid concern. It's not over for you, just keep working hard and investing into the treatments you need.
