bought refurbished iphone 13 pro like three weeks ago, yesterday I fucking dropped it, the top of the screen shattered a bit, face id and front camera still works so its only a beauty issue but still annoying
well I had warranty so I checked their site but it only applies to damages that havent been caused by the costumer like lmao
so I looked up screen replacement costs, it’s almost costs as much as half the phone lol

im fucked, guess I have to get used to it

Next time buy a phone cover with some rugged grip + shockproof glass screen cover

actually at first I thought only the glass cover broke but I took it off this morning and ofc the screen itself is hot broken too ffs

The legal retractation period is like 14 days if i remember + you'll need to start a case against the delivery company

there’s an option to also return it for free, for 30 days after the purchase and Im still in that window
what if I make a deal with them that I return the phone and they send back another one or a different one in the same price range?
but then again they dont say anything about sending back broken phones

I'm affraid they'll refuse to refund or exchange your phone if broken

nvm I found a menu where they ask for the reason for sending back and broken screen is one of them

contact their support, explain that I broke it, attach images of the damage, and ask what are my options
does warranty apply, can I exchange it for another phone, can I get my money back etc..

And they purposely make them cheaper in quality as well, had a homie do that shit. Fucking screen popped like it got struck by something randomly when he was using it.
