Rage Its so fucking hard to drop bodyfat

I feel the struggle too man. I've leaned down significantly, but now I can barely go below 17% rn. It is brutal.

What makes it worse is u have to stick to a miserable diet for months
 
well no shit you’re eating 700 cals, that will cause weight loss but that weight will comes from both lean and fat mass quite equally if you don’t eat sufficient protein, don’t give your muscle stimulus, and don’t eat enough calories to sustain yourself per day

if most of that isn't protein ur gonna lose a ton of muscle
he’s gonna lose a ton regardless, he doesn’t stimulate any growth and he mentioned nothing about calisthenics either. just cardio.

Well if he’s not using his muscles for literally anything and he’s doing cardio on top he’ll def lose a lot

But as far as working out goes idk, I rly don’t think it’s required. I’ve leanmaxxed without working out and cardio and still kept the little muscle I had just by eating mostly protein
