All I'm doing is completely useless and I probably haven't changed even a single bit it is truly over my habits don't matter my hygiene doesn't matter exercise didn't matter diet didn't matter what is the point when you end up looking the same after months am I just supposed to look like this forever and stick with the skin and features i have on my skin face and cope with how I don't like how my skin fat and muscles and bones sit on me?

maybe consider actually researching shit properly and doing it
for example diet works like a charm

It won't happen over night bro it takes TIME. Consistency is the key. Once you've built those neuropathways, things will get easier.

dialed in isn't enough u need to be so dialled in u have the urges to dial out but you can't dial out
I lowkey enjoy most of it bro I dont even have urges other than to eat but im like really sick so I cant even snack or binge eat

It does matter. You have to be consistent if you want changes.
