how do u girls deal with jealousy?
after getting into looksmaxxing i realized the grave situation my looks were in
im having trouble with just being around my best friend. i am so insanely jealous of her we r the same ethnicity and she managed to get the better phenotypes
ive been very slightly ghosting her lately cus im too jealous to talk to her sometimes
i swear im not a mean person idk how to manage this

whenever my attractive friends start rambling about their relationships (knowing that i struggle with that) i block it all out. being jealous isn't really gonna do anything but it is hard to ignore, esp being someone who gets mad easily.

instead of focusing on your friends looks and envying her focus on yourself. the more you put yourself down for not being as attractive as her the less motivated you're gonna be to better your looks. i completely understand how you feel tho, i've been dealing with this for so long

Look at yourself and look at those around you. If you are not a genuine sub5 let alone mtb there is almost ALWAYS at least one person jealous of you. Entering this community assigns you a life of moving goal posts. Everytime you reach a goal you’ll want more. Everytime you perceive someone of being born at or already having reached YOUR goal you’ll be jealous. To put it simply one must subjugate it before the envy subjugates you. Be thankful for what you have and thankful for what you have the potential to be because you could have been born like this

idk i feel proud seeing my friends do well, i enjoy seeing them succeed whether it be in looks and dating
if u feel insecure abt ur looks then literally tell her or ask her for small things such as how she does her hair or if she could do ur makeup sometime
it helps cos u can exchange tips on how to look better in a way that uplifts both and bonds u tg
i do it w my friends all the time, one of my mates styles her bangs so nice and i really wished my hair would do that but it just wouldnt cooperate, so i told her and she did my hair for me and in exchange i did her makeup as she told me she loves the style of my makeup
