I've been seeing a fair bit of negativity directed towards Jewish people here, and I think it's time we address it. It's easy to fall into the trap of demonising an entire group, but it's not fair, and honestly, it's just wrong.
Jewish people, like anyone else, are individuals. Plenty of them are kind, friendly, and genuine, and they don’t deserve to be lumped into a box based on stereotypes or old prejudices. Think about the Jewish people you might have met—whether it's mates, colleagues, or even public figures. You’ll probably find they’re no different from anyone else, just trying to live their lives and do the best they can.
Spreading hate or feeding into baseless ideas doesn’t help anyone. All it does is breed more division, and we should be aiming to understand each other better, not push people apart. At the end of the day, respect goes a long way, and we could all do with a bit more of that.
