Yeah, I just did it for a month or two, I don't remember. It was boring bcs there were only fat/unathletic people so I had to do like 10% power, just a waste of time

I remember I was sparing with this one dude and he hit me really hard in the stomach and I started to cry
After I chilled out I got mad and continued the sparing and hit him in the stomach and he started crying as well
I switched a lot of spots but Karate was just not for me
