JFL at "muh eat a balanced diet"

there is absolutely nothing balanced about the following common foods that people reffere to as being "balanced" and "healthy" tagging @pompompurino cause i know she believes in this

1 - Any nut butter

jfl if you think this is a normal thing to eat. in nature you would eat maybe a couple nuts per day if you were in famine let alone in that gooey sludge form. even the "natural" single ingridient nut butters are not natural.

2 - Seeds and seed oils

literally the most disgusting foods out there. even in its unprocessed form as seeds its shit for you but taking the OIL out of seeds that are toxic then processing it as if its a crime against god? get that shit away from me. In no way is it balanced to eat a high quantity of the oil of sunflower or r**e seeds!!!

3 - Bread

absolute clown world shit that bread is considered a "staple" food. in no world is grinding up grass seeds into a fine powder, mixing it with water and fungus, letting it ferment, then baking it at high heat a "natural" process. do you know how many steps it takes before you even get something remotely edible? if you were in nature you'd be lucky to even find edible grains at all, let alone process them into some dense blood sugar bomb. our ancestors weren't walking around eating sandwiches and croissants lmao. calling this "balanced" when it's pure processed starch is a joke. literally just sugar with extra steps.
 
Bread is a high calorie last resort food and not meant to be eaten regularly but it sets off the dopamine receptors in our brain so we still eat it all the time

good list of shit foods, potatoes and carrots and certain fruits are ideal for carbs

bread tastes good because it's literally just a pile of fast carbs your body thinks is survival fuel. it hits every craving your brain evolved to chase and hijacks your instincts completely.

ye, i've been eating to ketosis nd been losing bf%. I'm like 15% rn compared to 17% like a couple weeks ago. I have some carbs tho, just not many anymore.

Its literally just a thing people consume when they have nothing of actual value around, its also completey worthless in terms of nutrition and just meant to give a quick burst of energy or buff up a meal
 
i drink alot of coconut water its 50% of my carb intake, the other 50% is potatoes and pasta
pasta is peasent food and potatoes is a very meh food

if you want carbs/growing fuel milk>fruit>honey after puberty these foods should be lowered a lot

milk fucks with my acne i still get 2 cups a day and supplement calcium its def helped my bone density

me too but carbs in genral fuck up my acne because its not very natural. im using as a mini steroid if you get me? like a way to grow during puberty even if it looksminns me no it will benefit me into the future due to more masc face, frame and height

what do u think ab milk and honey for carbs then
they are like drugs to me. they arent very very healthy, still way better than what others eat

milk is a growing agent (literally for mammals to get big as) so using it after the age of 4 seems unnatural to me however it benefits me until 20~ when puberty ends.

honey is just pure fuel

youre 15 you will have a massive growth spurt hopefully. if i were you i would just drink a fuck ton of milk and sleep as much as possible to be 6'6 at least

milk, honey, fruit? no

best health indicators would come from a very very fatty animal only diet so basically raw - brain, liver, fatty animal meat, animal fat, bone marrow

sea food is also good, oysters, salmon etc

fruit would be for hydration purposes only so cocunut water, watermelon etc

ofc everything needs to be natural af

meat is 100% pasture raised 0 meds
sea food is wild caught
fruit got no pesticides

Just eat a lot without missing out on what’s necessary while ur growing and ur perfectly good
things that are unnatural may seem as tho they have a good nutrient profile but we dont absorb the nutrients inside

anyways if ur going for the most nutrient dense foods then raw organs are your best bet.

isnt there a trade off when you cook meet, some vitamins become more absorbed while others plus antioxidents are lost

i dont like cooking my meat i dont think about it too much i just dont do it because it doesnt feel right when i eat cooked meat but raw feels right (pause)
 
I don't eat any of that and have a balanced diet (kinda)
