Thumbpulling doesn't work and doesn't make any sense to anyone who understands the 'science' behind it. It just looks like normal development of a young male.
He has a tik tok video explaining it and it kinda makes sense so i highly recommend checking out, and i saw some doctors say it is possible

What's his TikTok user? I can check it out.

The reason why it doesn't work is at that point (16+), most of the development regarding your bones is already done. Maybe if you did it when someone was born up until they're 9 years old, you might get some long term results in the same way a child sucking their thumb causes misalignment with their teeth. However, in every case after teen development, changing bone structure requires surgery or treatment of some kind.

Most orthodontics and/or other bone-related treatment normally takes years and constant force. Leg extending surgery, palate expanders, and sometimes braces, etc., requires traumatic healing to occur for it to work. Bonesmashing is based in more science then thumbpulling, and even then I still would never suggest bonesmashing.

I'm willing to hear the guy out to see, though. I'm open to learning more. I just don't want people wasting their time on junk science.

What's preventing you from seeing an actual orthodontic? If you live in America and your parents have health insurance, you'd be saving your time and energy actually doing something that's scientifically proven like a palate expander.

I think he's great , always providing evidence and his ascension is legit .
osteopathy and cranial manipulation is very underrated by PSLrs , although it's only natural as there are no studies to back it
