Just got a gym membership

Do yourself a favor and work out Upper Body as well
 
Idk all of the names if I’m being honest , but shoulder press , lat pull down etc..
And then some cardio
Dont do free weights and make use of the machines
 
I never go to gym. My gym is only walking and carrying a 5-7kg bucket upstairs every evening.
