Just had manic episode and called 988 and got DNR'ed

Bro I was pulling an all nighter for school (i slept for 15 hours the day before(on accident was supposed to be 2 hour nap)) and had a manic episode

Then i called 988 and the guy fucking dnred me and hung up

988 is so shitty i've called them multiple times and always ended up worse than before
get an actual psychiatrist, not to "talk to" bc they dont do anything, for medication
