i avoided legs at gym the first day because it was embarrassing everyone was doing way more than me and the smith machines were always being used but i decided to do it today cause i dont want to have a goofy physique. honestly it felt good asf hitting quads. i did the leg extensions and leg press, the leg press was kind of embarrassing because a small korean girl lifted way more than me and i could only go to 12 reps with 10lbs on both sides, at least i went near failure tho. but fuck hamstrings, why i gotta lay down to do them? and the machine is right next to the entrance
