Why u gonna end up in psych ward? Unless u express you wanna hurt yourself or you try to hurt yourself in a life threatening way, you probably won’t be randomly admitted.
You can’t have your phone as chargers aren’t allowed, but some may allow you to have your phone if a nurse charges it for u, but jus to be safe, erase anything ur parents wouldn’t approve of on ur ohone as they may go through it while ur in the psych ward. Or you can hide it or smth or give it to a friend

The problem is that the police called my mom because my online activity seemed like I want to rope, and I had the first appointment with the psychologist and didn't tell the truth but now they will talk to my mom in like 4 weeks and my mom is gonna tell them about the shit with the police and I'm just really worried

It’s like £5 or €5 for mullvad vpn monthly, u can use proton so it’s not linked to ur IP address but it is a bad vpn just means they won’t see ur rope searches
