(i like nbernical he is one of my favs users but i dont agree with some things)
What we can see is that Kaligula received a warning for posting someone's face (a public photo on the forum) without their permission (this had never been against the rules before). In fact, the day before yesterday I thought I saw a mob battle for which I'm sure permission wasn't requested from the users whose photos were posted. A 10% warning, undeserved.

The second problem is the fact of the kys (although I think it's unnecessary, many people use it as a joke, it's not such a serious offense) I think at most it deserved a verbal warning, considering that everyone here threatens and makes jokes of that type, n****r is frequently used as a joke, another 10% undeserved.
And in my opinion, the most controversial of all, his last action that got him banned, was mentioning drugs...
Alcohol is also a drug, and I think we're both underage, which is illegal...
In that thread you can see how i mentions drugs and alcohol and yet I didn't get any warning, but I'm not the only one, everyone mentions drugs here.
I understand nbernical's intention, but the rules do not specify such actions as violation of the rules.
I don't really like Kaligula that much, but he's an entertaining user. Although he did bad things in the past, he's supposed to have already been banned, he's done his duty, and he shouldn't be judged for it anymore.
