need two references. one job i performed well at but due to company policy they can't hand out references. one job i will likely get a shitty one cuz i was in highschool and it was remote and my wifi shut down every 5 damn seconds.

I wish they would ask before hand abt references instead of wasting their fuckin time employing or interviewing me.
