Ugh I get what you mean but I sometimes feel like there’s days where I forget Spanish but then other days where I forget English. When an English speakers comes up to me I get nervous and I respond in Spanish and when I Spanish speaker comes up to me I get nervous again and reply in English. I feel like I can only really speak with my family and my friend
