I was sitting in a plane. Small plane. Maybe a bit bigger than a Cessna.
There was the pilot, me and another passenger. When we were in the last part of the descent I saw out the window that we were almost level with the roof of a train station. The pilot was silent but I concluded that we were certainly about to crash and I asked God for forgiveness. We didn't crash. We landed smoothly but not on a runway. Instead it was in a big warehouse with a big cutout on both sides and metal panels on the floor that went past the entrance and exit and were bent like a ramp.
Flying can be really scary. What I know is that usually you don't have a big wall above your landing place because sometimes planes have to make a turnaround. I guess it's less complicated when you have less passengers on board since you need less runway. I also noticed that I didn't look out of the front window. For me this means that even when you don't see where you land and you think that you're about to die there is nothing to worry about because God can land you anywhere smoothly even somewhere that has never existed before.
It felt great to land in that area. I felt a lot of gratitude.
It reminds me of the time I took a bus ride for 12 hours and sat above the driver. It was during night so we had no traffic. I had the perfect even better view than the bus driver but I had no idea how he could drive the bus so fast while barely seeing anything that was more than 20 yards away. It was more like sitting next to a racecar driver. I thanked him when we got to the destination and shook his hand. It's really an experience you have to sit through to experience it fully. There is no reason to fear when you trust god.
