I have many eating disorders, I went from not eating anything and losing 40 kilos to binge eating, right now I weigh 74 kg approximately 20% bf, and I binge eat constantly, I'm trying everything to stop binge eating and eating like a fat whore, but nothing works for me, I started consuming nicotine today with the purpose of relaxing, anything but becoming fat again, I'm thinking of going up to 15% bf no matter what it costs

are you male or female

also if you want to stop binge eating then (1) eat protein heavy meals bc it fills you up more and for longer, and (2) make sure you're doing stuff or activities to distract yourself from the urge to eat

the reason your binging is either bc of boredom or habit, either way that can be stopped by just making sure that "binging time" is spent doing something else, preferably outside the house and away from food

Don’t make it too unhealthy, you should be confortable in your own skin.
