I cant hit upper body for 6 weeks, only legs, and my maintenance is 3000 calories so 500-700 is in that area.I think a 2400 cal deficit is too extreme you'll get much better results by keeping it to 500-700 calories with high protein and weight training to protect your muscle
2400 cal under ur maintenence is extremly hard,@Vampi thoughts
Yea reduce the deficit n***aI cant hit upper body for 6 weeks, only legs, and my maintenance is 3000 calories so 500-700 is in that area.

im 84kg, and 185cm 6.06ft2400 cal under ur maintenence is extremly hard,
If he doesnt train a lot he will loose a lot of muscle.
also 60 mins of cardio on top of that makes it almost impossible energy-wise.
Dont get me wrong though, with good planning it is actually doable (even though it will most likely just burn him out)
@Cai. Whats ur weight and height bc a 2400 deficit is A LOT, even for people who want to loose weight fast.
yeah thats what i meantI better hope he is you never know
Just to clarify i meant that my cal goal wld be 2400, down from 3000, not 2400 deficietIf i am currently 17-20% body fat, and i am trying to get to 12% as fast as i possible can, would a 2400 cal deficit w 60 mins on max incline walking speed on a treadmill help me lean out quickly, if not what can i do to reach my goal?
Yea makes more sense, a 500 cal deficit isnt rly that much, you could def bring it up to like 700-800Just to clarify i meant that my cal goal wld be 2400, down from 3000, not 2400 deficiet
