Will document as it goes, my biggest fear right now is how the fuck am I gonna figure out how to pin on my glutes, watching vids on it gives me no confidence at all. Can't I just pin somewhere else or is it less effective/safe?

Yeah it’s super easy bro u just stick the syringe in the side of ur ass and slowly press down. I use .29g insulin syringes

Glutes is the only place you can start a beginner anywhere else is even more complicated and more dangerous and can put you in the hospital

Its simple hold the needle steady and pin straight pin the on sides of the glutes and that's it
