No, aristocracy is not the "rule of the best" in the "interests of the common good", saying those things does not make thm true. This is the same logic every authoritarian uses and it never works. The leadership of Nazi Germany, the USSR, and North Korea also believe they were acting "interests of the common good" and were "the best" for the job, but it turns out they were wrong about a lot of things. You are living in a fantasy world, you believe if you give the right people all the power everything will work out. That's not progressive, progressive doesn't just mean whatever you think is good and will advance society. Progressivism is a specific sat of ideas that revolve around egalitarianism, something you seem to hate.
you don't know what aristocracy is. go and check the definition. JFL at you.
The leadership of nazi germany and ussr WERE NOT authoritatian, they were totalitarian and they didn't give a fuck about interests of common good cuz they were literally tyrannical regimes so not for the common good but for the good of one single person.
i don't even know why should i explain such basic things.
Progressivism is not about egalitarianism, egalitarianism is in the most retarded species like plants and microbes, humans aren't equal at all
No, they aren't, they are an aristocracy just like you want to live in. North Korea is literally operated as an oligarchy, Kim Jung Un is only dictator because his father was. "Egalitarianism" is not just communism, it is far more complex than that.
>north korea is aristocratic SAAAR they are aristocratic SAAR (they are dictatorships in reality)
so why do you dislike north korea, soviet union and nazi germany? as a leftoid, shouldn't you love them? cuz it's literally what leftoids want.
And yeah nazi germany is a leftoid regime, calling them far right is commie propaganda
So instead of many "retards" you want there to be one r****d, or a small cabal of "retards"? How is this any better? Also stop using the word r****d. I know you may think you are smarter and more correct than everybody else, but you aren't, and this thought process is incredibly common. This elitism is something I've noticed that underpins every single authoritarian, this idea that their ideology and belief system is just somehow better than everyone else, and they have somehow figured everything out, and if you just listen to them eveyrhting will be just fine (it won't, millions will die).
"you aren't smarter sir, but ofc i'm smarter then you even tho i don't know what aristocracy is"
Most totalitarian regimes (exaclty totalitarian, not authtoritarian) are very egalitarian and appeal to equality, look at commie union, mao's china, north korea, nazi germany etc. Elitism mogs them to shit
First, liberalism is the most economically and geopolitically successful ideology in history. Second, just because you think someone is wrong doesn't mean they actually are, this is why free speech is so important. A society without free speech is essentially just a society in which a randomly selected set of values which are endorsed by the government are allowed, and all opposing views are cracked down upon, that isn't productive because it just leads to an echochamber where the "retards" who just so happen to be in charge go unchecked.
geopolitics is pseudoscience and liberalism even if it is economically successful, is this because of liberalism, or because of free market lol, there's many ideologies except liberalism that postulate free market as a valuable thing. Is free speech important? yeah it's basic thing so you can debate, but it shoudn't be absolute cuz if it is absolute then there will be retarded ideas spread that will destroy freedom of speech.
