Life begins at 12% bodyfat

The question is, how you maintain it long term without starving
 
12% isn't extremely hard to maintain, once you get 10% and under it gets alot harder
I would say between 15% to 17% it's easier imo, especially for lean bulking and looking big in clothes
 
15% it begins tbh but that's the bare minimum
ideally 10-12%
 
of corse , every best looking man was looking their best at low bodyfat
