I’m not saying the gym is bad I take it back if I said that but i do believe it does make you look older aka aging you, for men it’s not a bad thing and it depends on genes

You can’t avoid stress,not in a natural sense and also not in a modern sense. Stress is there it’s just how often and the velocity of intensity shifts through the day and a hunter had a stressful time during the day. This is why we release endorphins after such stressful moments to give us reward that at the end it was worth it. Nowadays no one hunts,so the gym is physically closest besides sports such as archery?

Any action that causes the body to overturn a mechanism essentially causes aging,eating simply causes aging. The act of digestion causes aging,essentially your body slowly and slowly degrades more gradually than a boulder can turn into a grain of sand. But generally speaking.gym for an hour is no different than any other physical activity so why would exxagerate that it’s very bad rite? 👀 Also no human in nature sits on his ass the whole day,when it comes to this you can’t appeal to nature.
