Yeh I've done that for a long ass time. I'm slowly starting to take notes because everything begins to mirror and principles are producing themselves. I need to improve my wellbeing and energy a bit more. I've uhm started from literally zero so no beliefs at all multiple times and Ive found something that I believe in which actually improved my on paper iq and gave me multiple major cognitive abilities and emotions. It is what it is. you need to understand your core wound and psychological beliefs. That's how can unlock deeply suppressed emotions. From there on you might be able to remember other events and understand patterns and why some situations keep hitting harder and harder
