Grow a beard trust, grow lashes, consider green contacts, train neck and you can try vollufiline for upper eyelid exposure but you probably won't see results. Fat grafts for eye area might be ideal

Thanks for the advice, is oral or topical minoxidil better? Also this is what my beard growth has looked like in the past, so you still think that it’s better with beard?

topical imo, maybe try just stubble and keep it well groomed
