Are they NSFW or of you doing something that an employer would be disgusted by? Most women post photos of themselves on the internet, most of the time in lewd contexts like wearing a small bikini, and survive employment.
I'm not saying what you're saying is irrational, I don't know your situation and I believe you when you say it might be a risk, but it's about the statistical likelihood of it happening. If there's a 70%+ chance that someone might send it to your employer, then I would be a bit hesitant, but I can't imagine you being that high of a target.
Don't share who your employer is if you did get hired. If the images are not too graphic, it's cringe but you'll probably survive. Working provides a type of freedom that's hard to understand if you've never been employed before. Having your own money, having something to do during the day, having routine, getting out of the house more often, having people you interact with the real world, etc., can be valuable assets to someone who does not already have or do these things. The risk is probably worth it, but it's for you to decide mainly.
