Just do a caloric deficit and mainly get an alimentation in lipids and proteins

protein, it has a 20 to 30 percent thermic effect which means 20 to 30% of the calories are burned just trying to digest it

.8 to 1 gram of protein per pound
And keep sodium under 1.5 grams a day, eating carbs is fine, just don’t over do it. And fats are good just not the ones that taste sugary
