When it comes to body image issues, only women's issues are being talked about. We only hear of women getting anorexia and too skinny.

What about guys? They have to eat too much and workout everyday to attain Arnie or Coleman physique. They die of heart disease when they are compelled to take steroids. They feel they aren't big enough.

Spending so much on food is much harder than undereating. Isn't Coleman kind of body equivalent to Eugenia Cooney's condition? Feminists think women have it harder.

Guys think they are not big enough. They want to be moderate but get insecure when they more powerful and big guys at gym.

Then that's a mental problem that is not caused because they go to the gym

Thats the point cuz no one things Eugenia is appealing either
She doesn't know she is skinny enough. She initially had a wish to be not too much skinny. She must have become resistant to dopamine after achieving her goal. She further lost weight.

Also the film industry idolizes chiseled and muscular bodies.

I don't know about Hollywood, but I can say for Bollywood. We didn't had chiseled actors before the 90s. Old actors in the 60s and 70s just had a good face and moderate natural body.

Bruh Brad Pitts physique in Fight Club is very doable. Keep coping tho it's really easy to imagine you as a fat Pajeet.

Its more likely she just gave up, she doesnt know how to get better and her environment and how ppl online treat her isnt making it much better

He was just 75kg at 5'9". It's a lean and athletic body. Better than a hulk body.

No shit n****r there's no way you get Arnold's physique if you're natty :kekw: How do you think Brad got his physique ?

Cause we mog women to the next earth we can get lean and suffer little to no consequences

Thats not even true both men and women have issues when theyre too lean or underweight. Men's weight normally constantly shifts more than women's which means it takes longer to see major consequences

Dnr buddy summarize

Men do it differently meaning it takes longer for consequences
Ahh okay so you basically just wrote all that for nothing you could've just said this

Unrealistic ideals shouldn't be followed.

Tom Cruise kind of body is best. Many guys are obsessed with physical strength and bulk.
