Nicotine in carts can impact negatively your skin elasticity, weed can also decrease testosterone. Other than that I don't believe it does much tho you should do weed in moderation.

Unfortunately I’m a bit guilty of it since I smoke weed once every few weeks or so. Quitting all addictions is an ideal but for someone this deep its really not easy to completely get away from it.

You're right, completely cutting ties all at once might seem impossible sometimes, but you can manage this process. By gradually reducing the dosage and frequency of use, you can cleanse your body and mind of the substance. This reduces the shock and strengthens your sense of control
The goal should still be zero but reaching it by climbing the stairs one step at a time will yield the most lasting result
