My lower and a litte bit of upper jaw is resscessed tbh I was thinking of a full in bimax but mandible surgery is what the surgeon agreed to

I also belive at 19 I look a lot older so says another concern of mine tbh

You actually have a really good side profile for blacks. Most of them have terrible bimax protrusion and chin recessions. Yes, getting a full bimax sounds unreasonable because your lower maxilla is already projected (again, an ethnic feature). Honestly even bsso (manidble surgery) is imo not required and Id just get a genio. But if the surgeon has agreed to it and you want to get it aswell, defo go for it and see if you need to top it off with a genio afterwards

The perfect surgery for you would be the one that sets your eyes deeper in the skull but it’s extremely invasive, high risk, costs a lot and good luck trying to find a surgeon that would do it. Also fix those eyebrows man they’re really sparse in the lateral part

Alr I got u thank you yeah deep set eyes is very risky tbh and the cost is off board I think eyebrows would be high roi tho

Maybe cause I've let my eyebrows grow fot a while but the lateral isn't growing in

tbf I remember seeing some thread on org explaining how shit the transplant was (If my memory doesn’t lie) but defo do some research on that. Yeah you defo need to bring up the laterals, try minox and maybe serums (be careful as they tend to cause fat padd loss, research is necessary beforehand). If nothing worse and the surgery is fine and suits you then defo get it
