Obviously you cannot see who directly logs into the account, but you can see the different ips that log in, if you can get the ips of a user, then you can pretty much confirm it is them. (Unless they move / use a vpn, it gets really iffy.)

I do not know ey88's ip, I only logged on, on Jul 30, but I am in good contacts with an old user.
