Serious Me being insecure is ruining my life

I mean holy fuck there isn’t a single in my life im not insecure about. Everything about my face, hair, height, weight all of it. Someone will make any little comment about me and it’ll ruin my entire week. Im ashamed too, I know should be grateful for what God created but instead I just look myself and hate what I see. Maybe God is just cope.

honestly work at it everyday wake up and believe it, put your self in social situations prove it to yourself you are “him” by following through on everything you say and not letting other people be crippling factors, it may take months to years to fix but if you work it out like a muscle on your body your confidence will grow but you have to genuinely believe it, fake it till you make it

No I know no one cares as much as me. I think this stems back to me putting too much value on my looks rather than other tangible things.

Eh i honestly thought it was more about you being insecure about your looks and it having a great impact on your social skills and confidence but if its just purely insecure about looks and not having a negative effect on your social skills then thats just internal confidence and self love you need to build

if its social skills and confidence from bad experiences and “comments” like u described then what i mean by “proving your self” is by going out of your social comfort zone regularly, not letting anyone disrespect you,believe in your self and what you say things like that build your charisma over time
