Realistically if I lose 3-4kg of fat how much would I lose in my waist? My hips and bust are already rlly small with very little fat

depends entirely on fat storage patterns, and a pic might help (if ur comfortable).
 
Could be everything, could be basicly non or could be a lot more then 2 inches. Depends on where ur fat placement.
