Ever listened to what Cardiologists advise people?

They tell people to eat red meat not more than 500gm a week because red meat has saturated fats. They tell us to consume fish, lean white meat, soy, legumes and beans. Regarding eggs, they say we shouldn't eat more than 1-2 a day. They tell heart patients to limit their egg yolk not more than twice a week.

They say that fish and lean chicken is good but chicken is full of antibiotics and fish contains mercury. I am not a vegan mf. I never ate red meat since last 2 years. I eat chicken twice a month. I eat 2 whole egg on regular basis.

One thing they say our diet should be 90% plant based. Cardiologists like Dmitri Yaranov and Bimal Chhajer are very pro-vegan.

Most obvious conclusion you could draw from analyzing your own physiognomy
