how has it been? I've stopped taking my anti psychotic for about 2 weeks now. I've become completely obsessive and undone but I feel alive for once.

Upsides and downsides

Upsides is physical health obviously, no more shitty symptoms and I really don't care if someone tells me that you need to be adjusted or it takes time or whatever. They undoubtedly wreak havoc on your body as time goes on.

Downsides = "mental" problems are exacerbated. I feel less in control when I'm not drugged out of my mind. Exercise, journaling, calm activities and acceptances over symptoms like my OCD-like symptoms and "depression" helps. Not looking to cure myself from these things, but I am more than happy to curb them to a managable level.
