Hypothesis Mewing really works

I recently discovered this new hack to get a jawline it’s called mewing. However, I am skeptical as to if it really works or not. These transformations could have been edited images or artificially generated. What do you think?

It's just a good breathing habit to ensure no further recession occurs in your face. It probably will not improve your cranial facial structure if it's already recessed.

Have you tried it yourself? The guy in the picture got really good results from it.

I have. I can't say it made my face more attractive/better. Mostly stayed the same.

If there are any major effects of mewing you will either need to stick to it for an extended period of time (couple years at least) or put crazy amounts pressure on your palette in order for the cranial bone structure to see any visible difference

damn these transformations are lifefuel
it works but the whole point is only when ur sutures are open/puberty and still not significant improvement
its hard to control bc mewing ppl do shit like thumb pulling and postural changes so its kinda hard to control for the variables

I agree. Weight loss is also a very common variable you will see in these transformations. The only suggestion I have is trying it for yourself, but just remember there is no scientific evidence to back up the fact that mewing has any visible results.

If mewing is applied in puberty or earlier it works.
