I started mewing literally 2 days ago and initially thought i was doing it wrong (let me know if i am lol).
Because my cheeks get sucked in and bitten, my tongue expands between the back teeth and gets bitten, it's hard to do the swallow/tongue-vaccum method.

1) I have a slight overbite. Could that be the reason mewing is difficult?
2) I'm getting braces in 3 months. Should I hold off until then?
3) Am I mewing wrong?
Thnx in advance
