I have tried mewing for some months i did notice a different but i feel like it didn't make my maxxila forward , my skull got wider but its still resscsed how is it possible to make it forward??

Won't do shit for your maxilla, check with an orthodontist and see if you can get marpe or something. Mewing just readjusts hyoid exposition and can help with a more apparent jawline at decent bf%.

ppl saying u need to put sum crazy force with ur tongue but u literally cant live w that, just keep mewing it biologically normal position of ur tongue, abt forward growth i dont rlly know much but i heard body and head posture matters alot
