I think a user has their rights revoked when every single post is ragebait. Such behaviour may even be considered erroneous and maladaptive. If every post of yours is ragebait then none of it is. You’re just living for chicanery on the forum, and mods are allowing such mischief. Ban her immediately!

Although I understand your need to ensure the banning process remains thorough. I believe disrupting users in large amounts inevitably triggers clauses 2 and 4. Large scale report proves the user is indeed not considered ‘nice’ by the majority. As for clause 4 her post history is self explanatory. Although clause 4 by virtue of its wording is subjective, it’s quite clear most of her posts are there to incite a negative reaction out of people. One or two times could maybe- be considered fun? However doing it for such a long time makes it extremely trashy and unnecessary. Worthy of being purged off this forum. 25 users in the poll would agree too.
 
Yes "she" is literally like a person that is throwing rubbish of various sorts around the well kept suburban neighborhood for "her" own twisted amusement. We need to clean this mess up until we become submerged by it and nothing of value remains here. If she is supposedly 15 then most of her posts are not even legal by USA standards. "she" is also extremely demoralizing for potential future users, current users and observers who may try it a good idea to behave like "her"
