Aren’t actually ND, or at least neurodivergence that impacts social skills (autism, over for the exceptions).

Literally just go out and talk to people, you’ll recover and become social again.

If you really are at rock bottom, call (not text) some people on here. It’ll help you practice conversation skills.

I tried speaking to the chatGPT voice agent and I got too nervous, jfl.
Keep practising at that, then move on to calls with people. Then talk to family or friends. Then move on to strangers. If you reach that point, you'll be fine.
