So I got to the gym and I went on the treadmill for about a mile. That shit was hard asf I probley should have started at like a half mile. The treadmill was going 5 miles per hr and on a '1' incline
After that I did bench press. My 1RM is 145 and I was cranking out 1 plate for 10 reps.
If im gonna be honest when I went in I didnt have a real plan so I just did what ever the fuck I saw
I finished my workout with dead lift and squat
The problem was that my legs were already dead from the run EVEN THOUGH I did it 45 mins ago
So my squat and deadlift numbers were probley worse than they should have been
My max squat was like 1 plate and dead lift was like 185
kinda sad that every lift I did was less than my body weight I thought I would do better
