In my fantasy world the most significant difference you would notice from the real world would be the gender ratio, there would 50 females for every male. The next biggest difference you would notice would be the average female height, which would be 6'2-6'3. These two things would cause the traditional gender dynamics that you are familiar with to be completely discarded.

Due to the new rarity and physical nature of men women would take up a similar role to that of worker bees in hives; doing literally everything that keeps society running! You may ask what what the males of society are doing, and that is a good question. The answer is that males, due to their SMV being extremely high, would become an elite class that is cared for by females. Every male would have a harem of AT LEAST 10 different females that would take care of them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week like a spoiled child. This system is legally enshrined just like marriage is in our world, meaning that as a woman instead of getting married you join a male's harem. Males would establish a harem once the reach maturity, and would expand it over time, adding more females.
