Rage My friend left me for a girl I rejected

Mf how does this happen how does the same girl I rejected go after my friend that she doesn't even know. Worse thing is my friend was into looksmaxxing and now he's gonna give up and loose all the progress he made this summer to date an LLtb that has a completely different personality than him. Now I only have one friend to talk too which goes to a completely different school and grade. Im literally gonna loose it, I hate foids so much
