Tuesday- hgh 6iu 2.5 mg oral minoxidi multivitamin

Wednesday-hgh 6iu,2.5 mg oral minoxidi,12.5 Aromasin,multivitamins

Thursday-pin 150mg test,500iu hcg,5mg Reta,6 iu hgh,2.5 mg oral minoxidi,multivitamins

Friday-hgh 6iu,2.5 mg oral minoxidi,12.5 Aromasin,multivitamins

Gym/food

I try get 250g of protein and under 3000 calories
I also go to the gym 6x a week.


Monday= push

Tuesday=pull

Wednesday=legs but I’m injured from football so I just skip

Thursday=shoulders and arms

Friday=chest and back

Saturday=do whatever

Sunday=rest day


I don’t care if you dnr @Mogden asked for it yesterday 😊

Edit-I bone mash zygos and jaw daily I try to do like a 50 reps.i also goon 2 times daily
