Info my jaw sounds like its about to break when i chew anything

bruxism saved me developed my jaw since young age but when i eat i make a weird noise like creck creck creck every chew moment some people have noticed it in the past like one of my exes and a couple friends made fun of it through the years the only way i stop with the bruxism is if i take xans but then its even worse sides than just a weird sound so not worth it

tldr develop bruxism asap
