Exercise:
3x strength training 2x pilates and daily walks 7-10k steps
Diet:
Mainly red meat and fish, green and root vegetables, low sugar fruits, fermented foods etc
Hair:
Pre-wash with grapeseed oil and switch to honey/glycerine shampoos and conditioners (low porosity hair)
Sleep with protective hairstyles + satin bonnet
Trim monthly and cut face framing layers + wispy bangs
Grow to waist length
Treatments:
Shape eyebrows (soften the arch and shorten the tail)
Lash lift bimonthly
Start using teeth whitening strips
Skin:
Fix my insomnia and get a script for sleeping aids
Brightening skincare (currently using The Ordinary)
Surgery:
Lip lift (taking 2-3mm off)
Braces with class II elastics
Hyoid suspension
Chin implant
Extras: Start wearing perfume and gel nails + adopt a more feminine fashion style
