sometimes i get extremely depressed during the night, does this happen to anyone else? like i was genuinely wanting to rope but now im chilling. but what i wrote is somewhat true, autists NT mog me to mumbai schizo asylum unfortunately.

it's based on our hormones. Probably a decrease of serotonin to makes us asleep faster and melatonin can increases risks of depression
