Started on 2.0mg and it had a bit of an effect but it wasn’t really shit
Went to 4.0mg a week later and there was a huge difference, one day i literally had to force myself to eat (and that isnt even a high dose of it)
The half life seems to be slightly short, so its probably best to pin it once every 5 days instead of every week

Nah start on 2.0mg reta, you genuinely might not even notice anything on 1.0
Even 2.0mg is a relatively low dose but i like to start new things low to prioritise safety type shi
At most do 4.0mg, really wouldn’t think about starting on anything more than that
