My bidelt was 21 inches with minimal training (teenage age also), as of recent in may when I first started returning to gym stuff, I measured 23 inches, now I am 26inches

I get a second person to measure it with a tape measure, not myself. About 5-6 times to ensure no inaccuracies, from the lateral peak of one shoulder to another, trying not to overly grip the skin since that could distort the measurement.

How much do you say you can grow your total bideltoid width to naturally and then on steroids? Google says about 1.5 - 2 inches naturally. Also, does your frame grow as you age?
