It is common knowledge that 80 % of the intelligence transmitted to the baby is from it's mother. Back in the day intelligent women had to marry too cause well else they would be cooked cause they would not make money and they would be shamed for not reproducing . Now days most of the people who reproduce a retards . Intelligent women ofter start making children at 30 because of their career and higher education . That leaves only a 5 to 10 year of being able to profuce healthy children cause after 35 the baby has a 70 % chance of having congenital malformations , down syndrom or be retarded ( many more but you get my point).
Also these intelligent women also often make the choice to just never reproduce as it is not a necessity for their survival.
That leaves us with the low iq women .

extremly dumb and uneducated attractive women , that marry high status intelligent men . They ruin the legacy and make retards have acces to an unholly amount of wealth and power . Lots of men like these cause they're nice to look at and very easily manipulated.
Category 2 poor reatrds
Lot's of women from a poor upringing have nothing else to do . So they start polluting earth with their dna as soon as they're able too and as late as they're able to . Plus lot's of countries offer money for making children .

In many 3 rd world coutries where school isn't an obvious , women just reproduce like bunnies . Their children are unable to increase their knowledge because of their sociocultural upbringing aswell as being retards because of the poor gynecological acess .
